MTN retentions department is a joke

I have been on hold with the retention department for the past HOUR!! When someone finally answers the guy is just silent for another 5 minutes and I can hear him on the other end! Then he gets ****ed of with me because I complain about being on hold. He asks me for the number in relation to my query, doesn’t ask me any security questions and says I need to get someone to calculate that and puts me on hold again. Still on hold totally 1 hour and 20mins!! MTN is an absolute joke I can’t wait to cancel my contract as soon as someone actually attends to my call
