MTN Retentions department doesn't answer a phone EVER!!!

I need to cancel my contract because I am emigrating but the retentions department NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I called this morning and held on for 20mins. I am currently holding AGAIN. No ****** answer!!

MTN your service is ****** atrocious. How you are still in business is beyond me. But why would you care about one person's complaint. I am taking this to the Ombudsman.

To all out there, NEVER GET A CONTRACT WITH MTN!
