MTN RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT

I'm trying to cancel a contract with MTN which has been running for years now. I've spent over an hour and half on the phone (2 calls) only to get cut off and put on hold without further explanations. This is ********! They try to keep you in the contact by frustrating their service levels. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE MTN!
