Mtn Retentions

Mtn is the worst service provider, I'm now sitting with three different reference numbers for the same query... Nobody is willing to help. When I call, they tell me that they'll call me back within 48 hrs but they never bother, when I send emails... They never respond mxm. I'm highly disappointed!!!
