MTN RETENTIONS

MTN RETENTIONS is the worst department ever to get your query resolved. i contacted MTN Retentions by email and requested my contract to be cancelled. i was given an amount to be paid into a specified account number. The account number continually declined when paid by banking app. I then paid by telephone banking received confirmation of payment which i communicated by email with thr retentions department. At month end the amount paid was deducted from my account instead of the contract being cancelled. It is impossible to get through telephonically . The accounts champion transfers the call to an extension that remains unanswered.
