MTN Retention Services

At this point, it seems easier to contact other life forms on a different planet.

I have been trying to get in touch with MTN Retention services for over a week now to chat about my business account. I find it ironic that they constantly harass you by having someone call you to offer you random products. But when you actually need to speak to someone regarding a product you need, it’s virtually impossible. Dialling 135 is the most useless thing they can say. All someone does is put the phone down as soon as you get through. I have also logged a request to be contacted via the website and it’s been 3 days.

Looks like I’ll be moving to another service provider if I don’t hear from anyone. Happy to take my money elsewhere.
