Mtn retention poor service by Morris Mhlarhi

I tried to call their call center many times with no luck been put to retention and no one attends my call, I put in a request before July to end my contract as I do not want to renew it till today it hasn't been canceled, the agent that answered my request asking for security questions is Morris Mhlarhi, they busy debiting my account and with more money than it was initially agreed upon.
