MTN retention/migration
<p>I have been on the phone waiting for someone to answer from the retentions department for almost 40min now. I have redialled the call centre number only to be transferred to the same department and now again on hold with no answer for 12min... PATHETIC! Are your employees just sitting around twiddling thumbs all day? Because they are clearly not interested in doing work and helping customers.</p>
