MTN Retention is NON existing
I am currently trying to cancel my MTN contract as it's due for cancellation.but there is no way to get hold of the retention department. I called 135 to place my 30 days notice so they said they had to transfer me to retentions.its over 2 hours now and no answer yet. I decided to call 135 from an other number and all the agent could say is that there's nothing they can do and I must hold for retentions.
No one does not have the whole day to sit on hold just to cancel a cellphone contract. It's very frustrating because if had to call the MTN sales department now my call would be answered in seconds and before we know it a new contract with be approved. But yet to cancel a contract we are threated like jackasses.
All I can say is MTN I am a customer for over 12years now but as my contracts come to an end I will not be upgrading with you guys
