MTN retention *********** staff

MTN retention department is the worst department ever, I called them 30 times yesterday and today and spoke to 5 consultants requesting them to cancel my contract and they just drop the line while you are still speaking..if that is your way of getting people not to cancel their contracts then that is the worst strategy ever.

Customer service is extremely poor.
