MTN Legal Department MTN RETENTION DEPARTMENT IS VERY BAD AND *********. Please find attached Payment Reference no. ***. Can you please provide me with a Paid Up Letter as soon as possible. I still wait on their response to settle this as soon as possible. It is now due over more then 48 hours. Since today i didn't receive anything from MTN. MTN retention department is very bad all these years they just ignore the client. They send you a 24 hour notice but they don't send the paid up letter. It is very frustrating to to send emails and nobody respond. It's feels like they don't want to release client. It is Bad service.
