MTN retention department is soooo DISAPOINTING!!!

Another disappointing day, just a normal day in the MTN world. I have been trying to get hold of MTN retention to cancel my contract which has expired and I have not been able to reach them. I have sent several emails requesting for my contract to be cancelled, I have called their retention department and after being on hold for more than an hour my call gets dropped or the consultant answers and then network is so bad that the call drops and no one bothers to call back. This is DISAPPOINTING because their sales department calls me all the time to sell me products but no one ever wants to help when you want to cancel. We are in a new month already and I don't understand what must happen now because I am not willing to be charged RIDICULOUS amounts of money for a contract that has expired and I have no use for. There is nothing "CHAMPION" about MTN's so called service champions. If anything they really act *********** when it comes to helping their customers.
