MTN Retention Department

Worst worst contract ever😭😭took a contract with MNT in 2022 which was for 36months and January 2024 I decided that I need to pay up the contract and cancel it, well I called MTN to request a settlement and they did which came to me as an amount of R3300 and I paid that up…. Beginning of February I got my monthly statement from them indicating that I’ve over paid them with R748 extra and from there I’ve been calling everyday to request my refund and none of them is helping me, there’s a new story everyday when I call and I’ve already emailed them all the required documents but they still can’t refund me . The best thing they know is transferring me to different departments everyday.
