MTN retention call line pathetic

#MTN MTN South Africa your retention service is terrible. And then you want to know why I want to end my contract. My contract ended on the 7th. Nobody answered for the WHOLE day. Then they kindly credit you just after that so you pay for another month. I have proof of all the calla made holding on for nearly an hour. Why can the stores not help? And why can the not calculate pro rata?
