MTN RETENSIONS DEPARTMENT! SHOCKED

I called MTN retention's department yesterday 23/03/2017 at 11:55am to move one of my contract numbers to pre paid as the contract was ending yesterday 23/03/2017. reference number for the call: ********** 56, contract mobile number in question: ********** 951. I spoke to Nokhanya, and she confirmed that number has moved to pre paid.

Later on that day i got an sms to my other MTN contract saying they have moved that number to prepaid.. This number in question is ********** . Nokhanya had now moved one of my new MTN contracts to prepaid. This has buffled me that someone could be so ***********.

I called MTN retentions today to inform them of what has happened and got through to Palesa, Reference number for our call ********** 6, She confirmed that Nokhanya had moved the wrong contract number to prepaid and it was done in error, further to this she emailed me directly and mentioned on the call that due to this happening "Early termination charges will be generated" to my account, but she will do everything she can to stop this" I PRAY TO GOD THAT SHE DOES STOP IT or ELSE MTN WILL BE SUED BY ME for the Error that one of their *********** staff "Nokhanya" has made.

Palesa thank you for the professionalism and understanding me as the client and the stress MTN is now putting me under. I would like one of the MTN Retention managers in the Retentions department to call me urgently on ********** to discuss this.. all the reference numbers are provided.

i need surety that i will not be charges for any of these mistakes and that MTN is liable for this.

Regards,

Kyle Pillai - **********
