Mtn Retensions Department

<p>What a bad service I recieved! On monday 26/06/2017 I phoned mtn retensions department for an upgrade. The person I spoke to was Themba. We discussed everything about the upgrade and was finalized and where I was promised to recieve my iphone 7 on wednesday 28/06/2017 through RTT. Wednesday afternoon I contacted again because I didnt recieve my phone and spoke to another employee at retensions and was told that stocktakes were being done.. A few hours later I phoned again where someone else from retensions told me renovations are in process at the warehouse so obviously someone **** to me. So on wednesday they promised once again that I would recieve my package on thursday. Thursday passed and still havent recieved my package. Today friday 30/06/2017 I phoned retensions again and was told that I would only recieve my package on monday 03/07/2017 because RTT has only recieved the package today from MTN warehouse. Promises after promises , lies after lies after lies. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. Thats why I only use Vodacom now. I will make sure that I cancel the upgrade on monday and switch to vodacom for another contract. Mtn service is USELESS!!! Never supporting MTN SA again!! If they said they are not sure when I am going to recieve my package it would have been fine , but promising me 3 times and it not happend is UNACCEPTABLE!! </p>
