MTN Retension*****R POOR Customer Service

My first request to the mail adress supp**** for retensions was dated 19/09 to supply full sttlement amount as I have ported to Cell C. Then second one was on 23/09 again and I tried calling as well. Then again 26/09 again and call to 808 with Ref number ********** 04.Then once again call to 808 on 29/09 to enquire and to try and speak to Team Leader-agent promised me that team leader will phone me after meeting. Still waiting.

This and only this bad service from them was main reason as why I ported to Cell C. MTN just never in 15 months attendend to my quiries logged into upgrades at the time as well as SIM swapped charges which never was supposed to be charged. POOR POOR POOR customer service and not even contact number for quiries. The 808 number do not allow you to speak to somebody to assist and help. Please do not try and send mail. Now I wonder how will I get my money back after I now paid the settlement amount given to me on 01/09 just so I can settle them????? I encourage people to port to other networks for they do not feel or have any customer service even not when you no longer with them. Why do you bother sending you SMS'e after port to try and welcome you back at any time.....never again
