MTN Response Time is the worse ever in South Afri

Good day,

As a MTN client earlier this month I went in to a store to actually asked to migrate my contract to a full data contract getting rid of my airtime and SMSs which I previously got on my contact.

With the above said and done, I was expecting to get my 1GB data today as I was promised. Sadly I did not get what I was told .
I then went and visited the store again in Mall@Reds where I was hepes by Jay who I must say really looked ificiant and helpful though he made it clear to me that there is nothing much he could do from her side of which I fully agree and understand.

What frustrates me is with Jay having escalated the matter to the relevant department, I am told I will only get the matter solved after 2 weeks of which I find that to be really bad as I need to work hence I am prepared to pay for the MTN services that I subscribe for.

If we were to think that the migration did not go through, its strange that unlike other months where o got my airtime,SMSs and data this month which is the problem month I did not even get the 100MB whichwas part of the previous package.

Your assistance towards getting this matter resolved will be highly appreciated.

Kind regards,
