MTN RESPONDS TO POSITIVE REVIEWS BEFORE NEGATIVE ONES... DISGUSTINGLY BIAS

Did anyone else notice how MTN responds to positive reviews before the negative ones. Shows how they don't care about customers problems. They just thrive on the VERY few positive comments they get. Just disgusting. Maybe if you help the people you ***** over, you will have less customers leaving. You truly appal me!!!
