MTN!!! Responds on Hellopeter but NEVER contacts you. What a LIE!!!!
<p>I am just so shocked MTN!!! I can only imagine how you treat your "Good supporting clients" when they need you?? Its now been 3 weeks since my FIRST Hello Peter complaint, this is now my THIRD complaint regarding the same situation. ..STILL NO CONTACT FROM YOU MTN??? I am CLUELESS as to whats happening !!! but yet the next debit order is going to go off my account on the 25th of Jan. YOU REALLY DONT CARE!!! What has happened to me is just SHOCKING!!! HOW COULD YOU HAVE ALLOWED SOMEONE TO TAKE A CONTRACT ON MY NAME **********LY MTN!!! AND THEN JUST IGNORE ALL MY MEANS OF SEEKING YOUR HELP TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF HOW THIS HAPPENED!!!!! I am beyond appauled.... I WANT THE VOICE RECORDING AND THE LETTER I REQUESTED ON MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT OR ELSE I AM GOING TO THE NEWSPAPERS.</p>
So I dont even get a response on this. I tried calling the ***** department now but as usual held on for what felt like infinity. I still dont know anything of how YOU allowed this *****ulant contract to happenen on my name. Even after 3 HELLO PETER complaints , NOT A SINGLE PERSON contacted me.I have now contacted the DAILY NEWS. I did warn you, i gave you plenty of chances to help me but you chose not to.
