MTN respond to me please, stop ignoring my emails

I've been asking to cancel my contract which the sales consultant said I'd be able to do after 3 months. MTN has been sending me useless consultants who keep asking for the same information and doing nothing about. Now they are completely ignoring me all together. This is very frustrating.
