MTN reserving my airtime for Internet

So I have loaded R60 airtime and my phone balance shows R16. I have called the call center and Im told the network reserves it for Internet usage? What socery is this?

I buy Data as much as you ***** it.. for the Internet. All airtime I buy is for calls. Please refrain from doing this because you have no right to choose how I use my airtime.
