MTN reserved for data should be considered a ****

How is it possible that a phone that is set to not use mobile data can use data. I just loaded airtime to purchace a week data bundle for my 3G router. I swap the sim out to do this and the phone I use is set to not use mobile data. I could not buy the bundle because I did not have enough available airtime. Some of it was reserved for data. After repeatedly restarting the phone it finally went back to my airtime, but some of it is used up and I still can't buy the bundle.

Ok so its almost 2 months later and mtn is still struggling to grasp the fact that I use the sim in the phone just to buy airtime and bundles. They are trying to justify my reserved for data problem with internet used less than a month ago. I am done. The sim is going in the trash
