MTN Requires Training...
I have a positive balance yet when I try to phone I receive 'You have insufficient airtime to make this call. Please load airtime?!!!\ Really? Try calling the customer center and after 2 days of not getting through to ANYONE

Kindly be advised that if you are using a smartphone , it sometimes reserves your airtime for data usage only, to avoid that kindly turn off your mobile data when it gives you that error maeesage and reboot the phone it will work after that. Regarding the emergency numbers 112 is free on your MTN phone.
