Hi Tim,<br> <br> Thank you for your response, however MTN has deduced R 432.98 on 01 July 2015!! Why this amount? My contract is R199.00 however MTN has actually never debited my account for R199, and has always been irregular. Please give me your email address so that I can send you my bank statements where it shows that you have debited my account. There was, however, one month where MTN didn't debit my account, but I feel that MTN owes me a lot more than just R707 !!!!<br> <br> Please sort this out TODAY, I have waited long enough now!!<br> <br> Adele
