Mtn reply that the problem is sorted NEVER
Please MTN do not write the problem is solved it is not my bill is still over R1000. It is the same this month I will be returning my phone to you and service will be discontinued. I have liaised with you since 2013 and your service is a disgrace. I have all emails and replies since then, I'am so over wasting my time.

Kindly note that the amount debited for R 1019.33 was for the invoice dated the 20-05-2015 and that was prior to the usage limit being activated.
