Mtn repairs poor customer service 😢

I'm Lerato Zwane from sasolburg. I had a contact with mtn in sasolburg branch. 5 months ago, my contract phone A72 Samsung was handed in for repairs, till now I have not get it back but they are deducting on monthy basis. I'm very disappointed 😞. Imagine paying the contract without your phone for such a long g time.
