MTN Repairs Center
I took my LG G4 phone in for repairs at the Irene Mall on the 28th February 2018 and still i have don't had any response where my phone is and every time i follow up the consultant assures me that they will get back to me however they never do. The turn around time i was told is 14-21 working ways and it has been long past that. i took the liberty of calling the repair center and they said the phone was never been there? please assist as to whom do i escalate to? the service has been terrible
