I was at MTN store in canal walk to take in my phone as the charging pin was broken , The lady at the store told me not to leave my phone there as it might get lost as they fetch the repairs whenever they are available . She told me to go to thre repair center myself.
She also mentioned that my phone is older then 6 months and that i would need to pay for the repairs.
I went to someone else to fix my phone and was advised from colleagues that , the phone was actually suppose to be fixed by MTN for the duration of the contract .
My phone has broke again and i have now voided my warranty because some lady at canal walk told me i would have to pay to have it fixed .
please advise as my phone is not even a year old as i purchases in June 2017. i was at canal walk 2 weeks ago.
