MTN Repairs
<p>I upgraded a contract last year August to an alcatel, had endless problems with this phone. It was sent in for repairs several times until I asked if I could change the contract to a different phone as I was not happy with the alcatel. I was allowed to do this later on in the year. I then took a Sony E4 which now has been in for repairs about 4 – 5 times and everytime it comes back it still freezes?? How many times must the same phone go in for repairs before they realize that its not being fixed. Can this phone be replaced as I am paying for a contract and I cant even use the phone, paying for a service I am not using.I have no idea what the problem is but can this be sorted please.</p>

kindly note that the phone is not with the repair centre as yet as i am still waiting for MTN Southgate to get back to me regarding returning the phone to them. They are emailing for days about what is wrong with the phone but they have not yet told me to bring the phone back. With this result i have the phone and i am paying for a phone that doesnt work???
I have even cc'd Thato Maphiri, who is the manager but still no reply. The guy who was helping me of latest at the MTN store's name is Reggie.
kindly advise what i need to do regarding this matter.

Regarding the above mentioned my phone has been returned to MTN Southgate last thursday and not a word of communication from them or the call centre. I have tried mailing but no reply.

I AM STILL HAVING NO JOY FROM MTN, THIS STORY COMES ALONG WAY FROM JAN 2016 ALREADY, STILL NO PHONE. I HAVE NOW BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE BRANCH MANAGER AS WELL BUT STILL NO FEEDBACK. MANAGERS NAME IS THATO MAPHIRI.
MTN GET BACK TO ME PLEASE. WHAT IS IT THAT I SHOULD BE DOING NEXT TO GET SOME HELP FROM YOU GUYS?
