MTN Repairs

We had a Galaxy Note 10.1(2014 Edition) which was just 7 months old on contact with MTN. It broke the screen and we took it for fixing back to MTN, where in 2 weeks time we got an SMS confirming that the tablet has been assesed and can be fixed at a cost of R2394. We rep**** \YES"so that they fix it. On the SMS they were no bank details to deposit the money and as time goes on we went back to MTN and they told us we had to call them to ask for details and they gave us an account number where we deposited R2394 for repairs. A month later we did not receive any response from them and we contacted MTN again and they kept on telling us that our tablet was in transit for the whole month. We got tired of waiting for it and went back to MTN and we were told that they the repars company sold our tablet for R2394 to recover their repairing costs since they did not receive our payment in time.
We are very hurt & shocked to hear this. We are on contact with MTN paying for a tablet that cost more R8000 but was sold at a sick price of R2394. They never communicated with us on their intentions to sell it.
We have 2 more phones on contract and we cant pay after all this.
Please assist us"""
