MTN Repair lost my phone!

On the 4th of November 2019 I had sent my Huawei Mate 20 Pro in to MTN Pavilion for repairs. I was told the repair would take 4-6 weeks which I had agreed and understood. Today I phoned the MTN contact centre for the 2nd time in 2 weeks to check on the status of my repair and they cannot even pick up that my phone was sent in for repairs! Shocking! It has been over a month and the phone is lost in their repair chain! Needless to say I am still paying over R1800 for cell phone contracts on a monthly basis. IMEI: ***.

I am extremely concerned that my phone has not even gone in for repairs based on the lack of tracking and accountability. I have been advised once again to call back later during the course of the day as their system may be experiencing a problem. When will this hunting end??? Find my phone!
