MTN REPAIR CENTRE - MONTAGUE GARDENS- CPT (LG)
<p>On 23/08/16 i handed my LG phone to MTN repair centre at Montague Gardens Repair Centre. I advised that the motherboard had probably crashed as i made refernce to the write up on the internet regarding the Motherboard factory defaults during the time of LG manufacturing and once a user experience such default, LG will attend to the repairs at their cost. To date the MTN centre had not even attempted to send it to LG repair centre who advise according to Ref: ********** 79 provided by Nomjabula that they have received no phone for repairs. MTN repair centre advised me this morning that they busy with stock taking and will return my broken phone to me. REALLY WHAT DO THEY THINK OF ME AS A MTN CLIENT....i NEED AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE AS I AM IRATE AND WILL HAVE TO LET MY STORY GO VIRAL.....THEN MTN STILL EXPECTS THEIR FULL DEBIT ORDER...</p>
Well your response is negative. LG sell a defective phone to me on contract, so now it is for my own cost?
All thisn inconvenience is really not worth and will escalate my query to another level if hellopeter is unable to get a brand like you to get away with passing the buck to the customer...NO NO
