MTN Repair Centre lacks fundamental tech skils

Good Day All

I am a software programmer for the Android OS .Received my new Sony xperia about a few months back and noticed it has a stuck pixel.I'll give a quick explanation of a stuck pixel, a lcd screen is made of pixels, pixels make up the image u see on the lcd display. A stuck pixel doesn't illuminate.Soo anyway being on warranty I thought I'd go to my nearest MTN repair centre... I took it there the following Monday (I actually had hope) and my god they didn't even know what a pixel was and it's a repair centre for crying out loud.I explained n showed them the issue they wrote down Lcd malfunction and told me it would be shipped to Cape town.3 days later I got a sms that said ready for collection I then knew it didn't sound right because 3 days is to short for a lcd repair, anyway drove there problem still persists all they did was a software update (oh they love this by the way they think it fixes everything) I switched it on n still clearly saw the pixels so I booked it in again. In 10 days I have been there 4 times..they've kept me from work, wasted fuel and are complete *****s even my 14 year old sister knows what a pixel is,so I orderd the lcd online n shall do it myself
