Mtn repair centre delays

<p>Oky firstly last year I upgraded at mtn northpark, I took the sony m5. After 7 days the phone got a software problem and I took it back. They said they need to send it in for warranty assessment. This was in December. After 2 months the called me to say I can get a new phone. What was the delay for this? After that I took a lg g4. About two weeks ago all of a sudden all the lg g4 phone got a boot loop or somthing like that. My friends took their phones in on the same day for the same problem and got their phones back 2 days later. I am still waiting for my phone. I called mtn high volume repair centre and they said that the phone is still awaiting spares. I called yesterday and the lady told me that they are stock taking or something and can only help me on friday. I mean what can be the delayfor fixing my phone. This is a common problem. How can vodacom repair the phone in two day and my phone takes more than 2 week to only be assessed and fixed. Not even talking about how long it will take to get the phone back. If this sloppyness carry on im going to cancel my contract and tell all the people i know to do the same.</p>
