Mtn repair centre delays

<p>Okay so its been been more than 3 days now that someone from hellopeter contacted me, Alice van der Merwe, saying that she will follow up on the situation about the delays on my phone that should have been repaired by now. She did not come back to me so I called mtn myself and they told me the same thing they told me last week. They have been stock taking for more than a week now how is that possible? I asked them what is the problem with my phone and they said that it is the battery.. how can they not have a battery in stock? What can be the delay of the battery? If I could I would gave this place a "-5 stars". I would not recommend mtn repairs to anyone. I would rather take my phone to vodacom repairs. This is not the last they will hear from me. Im going to cancel all my contracts from mtn.</p>
