MTN RepaiR Centre ARE *****

Please teach your staff at the call centre that it is ******* to lie to a client- if the calls are recorded for quality and training purposes then I am entitled to the ticket number for the call!! Not only was Andrew condescending and borderline rude but he really was not interested in helping me... the repair centre has my new phone to sort out a fault... the phone was collected on the 17th from the store and I have had 3 different dates given to me as to when it was received and logged into the system and because its after 2pm on a Friday the supervisor/manager Priscilla who is apparently going to call me back ASAP is likely to only do it after enjoying her f**king weekend, you people take the money out my bank account like clock work every month but to get actual assistance or at the very least a straight and HONEST answer is as likely as me growing a 3rd eye!! If I could rate you -100stars I would do so but even then I would be ignored!!!
