MTN REPAIR CENTRE
I am not happy with MTN at all just went to MTN repair centre in Midrand today to collect my phone as per the sms I got and the email I got,after 5 weeks of waiting.Only to be told by a very rude lady called bella that I need to pay R1056 before I can get my phone, because they also repaired the camera!!!!! Is this how mtn treat their customers???Nothing was communicated to me, I had to do a followup all the time!!! My phone had a charging problem not a camera problem,my warranty assesment was approved and i am still paying for this phone which I got last year april,during this 5 week waiting period mtn never communicated anything to me regarding my phone!!! I ony got an sms onthe 3rd of april that I must come and collect my phone after i called them,I AM STILL PAYING FOR THIS PHONE WHIC I GOT LAST YEAR APRIL 2015 I am utterli disgusted by this MTN repair centre Regards,
