MTN REPAIR CENTRE
It has been 5 weeks since I left my phone (S5) with MTN at their repair centre in Midrand for repairs, I called last week only to be told that they are waiting for parts???I have never got any feedback or any sms or even a call about my phone,worst part is that I am still paying for this phone,its like MTN doesn't care about repairing my phone!!!,How could a big company like MTN fail to repair my phone for such a long period???No parts is no excuse!!!we pay you so you could buy parts and fix our phones!!!! I want my phone PLEASE. JOB Card *** ***
