MTN Repair Center USELESS.

me and my girlfriend gave in our phones at an MTN store where they were sent in to the repair center. My phone is not 6 months old and still fall in the replacement period. My girlfriends phone was not even twee weeks old and gave problems and should also be replaced according to MTN policies. the MTN store has been in contact with the repair center and no luck. it is past the time period that I should have waited and I don`t even know what is going on.

Currently I am paying for a product i don`t even have, this is insane.

I am so sick and tiered of phoning and that is costing me money to phone so many times. The repair center is useless where two phones needs to be replaced, *** is taking so long.

Promises never kept and no service delivery, Nobody can help and nobody know what is going on. Sick and tired of this **********
