mtn repair center is a joke

The MTN HVRC is the worst place to do business with.My story starter on the 30/09/2015 when my Samsung S6 edge which is in a bodyglove fell out of my pocket.At that point the phone was still working fine but then the battery died.I then pluged it into the fast charges.The phone never came back on again.It was send to HVRC that came to back to me on 07/10/2015 with the report that my phone has got water damage.I asked for a reassessment but they came back again with the same story.They stated that there is a marker on the inside that shows if its water damage.I asked the guys there to check my bill and they will see that I spend about 4 to 5 hours a day talking on that phone in the Upington sun and could that maybe be from sweat to which he replayed yes.i have already given them the go ahead to send my phone back.I will get that phone to 3 independend guys to give me a report.I will keep everyone that is reading this posted
