MTN repair center and MTN insurance

<p>I handed in my iphone 2months ago for repairs and to date no one is communicating with me. I eventually had to go to the midrand repair center to make a follow up where I was not assist then I went to MTN insurance to check up on my claim which was approved when I got there. I was requested to pay access fee which I did and emailed proof of payment and a month later when I call the repai center they tell me they have not recieved payment from MTN insurance and will not release my phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am really inconvienanced and need a phone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
