MTN reopens closed account

I am so disappointed a company as big as MTN, cannot detect or even bother investigating why a fully paid up account was reopened and handed over?

I have sent countless email with paid up letter and proof of payments and a a paid letters attached.

No one bothers to help. I phoned the call centre got transferred to legal from legal department to collections after they disconnect the calls.

Imagine spending 1 hour trying to get help then being given the run around then having the dropped on you countless times.

No one understands why my closed account was reopened.

It may be trend for MTN to reopen closed accounts to get more money.

No one can explain why? No is willing to assist.

I would never recommend my relatives or anyone I know to use contract with MTN.

Terrible customer service. Call centre has PhD in dropping phone calls
