MTN Renews Contract without Permission

MTN had renewed one of my contracts without my permission on more than one occasion and for a period of 2 years. But Due to the fact of it being R100 or less I never picked it up - Today when I did I called MTN and spoke to a Bongani Mlambo to cancel the contract which comes to an end on the 24th of May, he told be that he cannot do anything about it today as the procedure is that I HAVE to call on the 24th of April exactly a month before the contract expires. Not even considering the fact that for 2 Years I have been paying for a Number that I do not Even Have and gave no one permission to renew the contract.
