MTN renewed my contract but No Cell Phoned deliver

HI<br> <br> I recently renewed my Cell Phone contract with MTN via a Call Centre Agent ,few days later i received a sms confirming my contract is renewed ,when it was time receive delivery of the phone , the courier company refused to accept the drivers license,as proof of identification instead of rescheduling a different delivery date ,the courier company **** saying we had cancelled contract ,yet MTN still debits my bank account ,and still received airtime., also received the 30 gigabytes promotion they offering, which proves my contract was renewed<br> <br> when I do phone MTN to resolve this matter ,agents promise that relevant departments will contact me back , days upon days have past and still no feedback<br> <br> If we don't honour a payment with MTN , they are quick to cut us off but , but when it comes to service delivery they drag their feet
