MTN Renall Chetty/Phillip AND Dinesh Kowlasar Please provide feedback 43 days over due

I am tired exhausted mentally and emotionally drained I have cried pleaded and begged just to get some sort of service . The following (Renall Chetty/Phillip Dinesh.Kowlasar ) in the complaints team have only sent me a auto response with promise to call back with resolution . I have sent my complaint to Twitter Facebook nothing . I am aware the teams have made fun of my mental state caused by MTN . I have lost income and money calling driving to the shop to follow up 43 days 43 days and no one not one single person has told me what is going on .
