MTN removed 10gb data without explanation

I bought 10gb prepaid data on 8 September. On 13 September, I had 9.7gb left. The next morning my balance was zero. I called the service center and they told me I was sharing data with someone. When I asked who I was sharing data with, they couldn’t tell me and wouldn’t listen to me. I checked on the USSD and confirmed that I wasn’t sharing my data with anyone. They have no interest in trying to help and don’t care about their customers. I don’t recommend that anyone buys too much data because you never know when they will remove it. If they do you will never get it back.
