MTN remain performing injustice to South African customers

I have had a contract with MTN since 2021 February and my contract ended in February 2022…I sent them an email to cancel my contract with them because they don’t do that automatically and now they have charged me R1363 I don’t know what for and knowing how arrogant MTN is they won’t contact nor do the right thing
