MTN refusing to send a copy of the contract renewed telephonically in January 2021

I renewed a contract with MTN telephonically on 21 January 2021.

From February 2021, I have been sending a series of emails requesting the copy of the contract from ***

They are certainly not prepared to send me the copy, despite one email they sent on 23 February 2021, advising the “query has been escalated for assistance.”

Please assist. Most of the time one has only managed to be addressed by MTN because of your intervention.
