MTN Refusing to replace my the things they took from me

<p>I sent my Laptop for repairs, MTN repaired the laptop. they gave me windows 10 and office 365, they are now refusing to put back on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the laptop back to them and they told me that i need to be in contact with the Repair place in Durban. I never bought that laptop from them, it was purchased from MTN Tygervalley and i dont see the reason why i should contact them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are telling me that they will not put the windows 10 back on and they will not put office 365 back on as this required data and they dont have data according to Herman at MTN Tygervalley. i cant see why they would have data if they are a network company. I am extremely unhappy with the service that i have recieved from them and would like my laptop the way that they gave it to me.</p>
